WARNING - ENQUIRIES ABOUT JOB OFFERS
We have recently become aware that the "Acciona" brand and the names of individuals working for Acciona in the UK have been used for fraudulent purposes.
This usually takes the form of unsolicited job offers or offers of contracts sent by email to non - UK residents regarding work at a fictional address in the UK office (e.g. Manchester). The intention appears often to try to make the recipient send large cash amounts in advance of travelling for a meeting in the UK, with a claim that this is a UK Government requirement.
If you have received such an email or have been approached by any means by anyone claiming to represent Acciona and offering work in the UK, we advise that you treat it as very suspicious and do nothing further with it.
